Then come join the Floral Soul team! We're looking for someone to interact with customers, both online and in the Orangerie, providing prompt and clear responses.

1. Communicate daily with customers – in writing (messages, social networks) and by phone, in Romanian and Russian;

2. Manage orders and ensure they are processed correctly and delivered on time;

3. Maintain contact with customers, providing prompt and helpful responses;

4. Use the computer and social networks to manage interactions with customers.

1. You have a good command of both Romanian and Russian, in writing and speaking;

2. You have basic English skills, sufficient to understand or formulate simple messages;

3. You feel comfortable communicating through messages and over the phone;

4. You are initiative-taking, daring, and eager to learn;

5. You are attentive to details and can quickly solve customer problems;

6. You have computer skills and are proficient with social networks.
