ROGOB SRL - one of the largest meat and sausage products enterprises in Moldova, announces a competition for the position of:
Head of specialized store Rogob (Chisinau)
Role: Coordination and administration of the store and the warehouse / storage area for materials and goods; management of store staff, ensuring the general appearance of the store and its proper technical and commercial functioning.
Management and evaluation of the activity of team members in his area based on performance indicators. Employee records and ensuring the optimal number per shift;
Control and optimization of business indicators (volume, service level, operating expenses, income);
Promoting the company's image by complying with merchandising and selling price communication standards, ensuring the communication of promotions and other marketing activities in the store, according to the approved marketing plan;
Management of operational expenses, as well as control of the use of goods in the store;
Developing team members through consistent coaching and feedback sessions;
Handling customer and business partner objections in accordance with Company policy;
Compliance with the ISO 22000 standard and cascading requirements to the subordinate team;
Experience in managing a store for at least 1 year;
Higher education;
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
Knowledge of operating Microsoft Office;
Team spirit, proactivity;
