We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at the Cardboard Products Plant. The Sales Department Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives;
Managing and motivating the sales team to ensure peak performance;
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new potential clients;
Monitoring and reporting sales results to company management.
Knowledge of 1C (regarding the recording of fiscal invoices);
Proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages.
