• Negotiating, concluding contracts and monitoring their implementation;

• Correspondence with the company's suppliers and regular customers;

• Managerial experience in the proposed field;

• Fluency in languages: Romanian, Russian;

• Efficiency in performing specified duties;

• Professional communication and negotiation skills with clients;

• Computer literacy at a user level: Word, Excel, Mail, Internet;

• Possession of a driver's license (category B);

• Active, dynamic, responsible, punctual individual;

• Quick learning ability;

• Higher education in agriculture (will be considered an advantage).
