B2B Active Sales Manager

We're looking for a strong negotiator who can convert a potential client's interest into a tangible contract. Your job is to find clients and masterfully sell our services. We'll handle all the routine calculations and estimates!

Responsibility

  • Actively expand your base: Independently search for new clients (cold sales, field work, processing incoming signals).

  • Conduct meetings and measurements: Visit sites, conduct visual inspections, take necessary measurements and record input data.

  • Sell value and price: You provide data to a technical specialist, receive a completed estimate, and professionally justify the cost to the client.

  • Influencing margins: We provide a basic calculation, but if you are able to sell services at a higher price or offer additional options, your bonus increases proportionally.

  • Closing deals: Supporting the client until the contract is signed and the first payment is received.

Obligations

  • You are an expert negotiator: You don't just throw out numbers; you know how to handle objections and guide clients to a decision.

  • Mobile and proactive: You are prepared for an intensive meeting schedule and regular trips for measurements.

  • High-income driven: You enjoy the process of winning over clients and the ability to directly influence your earnings.

  • You have experience in B2B: You understand the specifics of working with the corporate sector and know how to reach decision makers (DMs).

Salary

Salary from 18,000 net (fixed part + bonuses) with no upper limit.
