What you will do:
Close deals in the B2B and B2C segments.
Work at the peak: from hot leads to professional cold prospecting.
Masterfully conduct correspondence and negotiations in two languages.
Build relationships that bring money to the company and a stable percentage to you.
You are our person if:
You speak and write Russian and Romanian fluently and competently. No options.
You're a gambler. A closed deal excites you more than a scheduled lunch.
You adapt quickly. You can find common ground with both business owners and private clients.

What in return?
Uncapped earnings: Rate + progressive bonus. The higher your plan, the higher your percentage.
Resource: Training, coaching, and skill development at our expense. We'll turn you into an expert if you have the guts.
Status: Office work (Center-Botanika), official employment and a team that is passionate about their work.
Freedom from the margins: You sell from an office. Your tools are intellect and communication.
