Selling cleaning services to private individuals and companies
Managing incoming requests and proactively identifying new clients
Negotiating contracts, drafting commercial offers, and closing sales
Providing client support throughout the collaboration
Working in CRM and achieving sales targets
Customer segments:
B2B: offices, stores, salons, construction companies, residential complexes
B2C: apartments, houses, premium private residences
Has proven experience in sales (especially services, cleaning, B2B/B2C – an advantage)
Is an excellent communicator and knows how to persuade through trust and professionalism
Is results-driven and focused on numbers
Wants to grow professionally and advance in their career
