Reply to messages: Manage customer messages quickly and professionally
Customer communication: Call customers and answer incoming calls
Online consultations: Offer online consultations for existing and potential clients
Office Sales: Support and management of direct sales at the office
Product Verification: Ensure the quality and correctness of products before delivery
Goods Release: Supervise delivery to customers or couriers
Primary sales records: Maintain records and update the management system
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks
Knowledge of sales software and AWB systems (advantage)
Customer orientation and problem-solving skills.

Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:00
