We are looking for a Sales Representative (Outbound B2B) to contact companies by phone, present our offer and set up discussions/meetings for the team. Full-time, office-based role, fixed schedule 16:00–00:00, Monday–Friday. Conversational English is mandatory.
Outbound calls to companies (cold calling) according to a list (CRM)
Clear presentation of the offer/services and identification of customer needs
Contact qualification (who decides, interest, budget, timing)
Setting up meetings/demos for the responsible team
Noting results in CRM (status, follow-up, next steps)
Follow-up by phone and/or email to continue discussions
Following the scripts and improving them together with the team
Good English (conversational level, calls with companies)
Good diction, confident and polite-professional communication
Experience in sales/telemarketing/call center (major advantage)
Discipline and result orientation (targets, follow-up)
PC skills: Google Docs/Sheets or MS Office; CRM (advantage)
