Providing customer assistance in choosing the right products;
- Publishing and updating listings on the website and online sales platforms;
- Managing and updating social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok);
- Creating engaging content for product promotion;
- Processing orders and maintaining customer relationships;
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting periodically.
Previous experience in sales or customer service (is an advantage);
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
- Knowledge of using social media platforms and sales websites;
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner;
- Basic knowledge of IT products is a plus.
