Communicating with customers via phone, messages or social media;
Presenting products and providing necessary information to customers;
Taking orders and recording them correctly in the system;
Providing customer support throughout the purchasing process;
Promoting products on social media pages (according to the company's needs);
Managing messages and comments from customers in a professional manner.
Knowledge of Romanian (Russian – advantage);
Experience (even minimal) in sales, call center or customer communication;
Desire for continuous learning and development;
