Active search for potential clients (corporate entities) in areas such as retail, HORECA, logistics, offices, etc.
Contacting decision makers (administrators, managers) by phone using a professional script.
Identifying video security needs and proposing a meeting or sending a quote.
Direct collaboration with the general manager to follow up on leads and close contracts.
Entering leads into amoCRM and updating their status.
Experience in B2B sales or call center – constitutes an advantage.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
The ability to handle rejections and maintain a professional attitude.
Desire to learn about modern security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of the Romanian language; Russian – an advantage.
Scripts and specialized training in the field of video security.
