Tracking team KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly
Conducting trainings independently and together with a VIP trainer
Analysis of financial indicators and bonuses for the team
Maintaining team spirit and high motivation
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
Love for sales and the ability to sell effectively
