Job mission: You will coordinate the activity of store managers in accordance with the company's commercial policy, ensuring the quality and efficiency of processes.
Monitor the activity of Store Managers;
You control the organization of work processes;
Analyze store performance and provide recommendations for achieving commercial objectives;
Provide support to Store Managers in training employees and increasing the quality of customer service;
Provide consulting and quick solutions to optimize activity and reduce losses;
Encourage efficient communication between stores and the company's support departments.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (ideally fish/meat);
Leadership and organizational skills;
Results-oriented, proactivity and responsibility;
Good communication and problem-solving skills;
Resistance to stress and moderate physical exertion.
