Alarm Center Dispatcher

• Continuous monitoring of alarm systems and security equipment;

• Responding to emergency calls and managing alarm situations, including the coordination of the response team;

• Recording and documenting incidents and alarms in internal systems;

• Effective communication with clients to provide information and assistance in case of emergencies;

• Regular checking and testing of alarm systems to ensure optimal functioning.

• Previous experience in a similar dispatcher role or in the security field is an advantage;

• Excellent communication and coordination skills;

• Ability to work under pressure and make quick and accurate decisions;

• Basic knowledge of alarm systems and security equipment;
