Superior Agent of the Escort Group of the Security and Prison Regime Section -Contributing to respecting the rule of law and legality within the penitentiary institution by preventing the escape of detained individuals from serving their sentences/imprisonment measures and preventing unauthorized connections between detainees and other individuals during escort outside the place of detention, as well as guarding the assigned post.
Ensuring the execution of the service, supervision, and maintenance of the detention regime during the transportation of detainees to various destinations and outside the prison premises.
Ensuring the supervision and maintenance of the detention regime during the execution of guarding services for inmates undergoing treatment in civilian healthcare institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Health.
Holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova and has a domicile within its territory;
Has reached the age of 18;
Possesses the state language;
Has the appropriate education for the position they are applying for;
Is medically fit and psychologically recommended for the exercise of the respective position;
Has not been finally convicted of committing crimes, is not under criminal investigation, and has not been exempted from criminal liability according to Article 53 of the Criminal Code;
Has not been dismissed from employment as a result of being declared professionally unfit and has not been fired, in the last 5 years, from a public position or a public position with special status for violating work discipline;
Is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to exercise a certain activity by a final court decision;
Is not a member of a party or a socio-political organization;
Does not have a prohibition to hold a public position or public dignity resulting from a finding of the National Integrity Authority;
Level II. Secondary education, cycle I: lower secondary education or equivalent
Knowledge of the enforcement-criminal legislation;
Knowledge of at least intermediate level management (flexibility, orientation, foresight, work programming, development and control);
Knowledge of behavioral management and identification of simulated behaviors;
Knowledge of a foreign language of international circulation is an advantage;
Legal framework in the field of activity;
Human rights, especially the rights of persons deprived of liberty;
Special means used in the activity.
