Supervision and coordination of the production process;
Efficient organization of workers' activities;
Formation and implementation of work processes;
Monitoring quality and adherence to production deadlines;
Management of necessary equipment and materials;
Ensuring discipline and proper functioning within the production department.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Driver's license – category B;
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills;
Technical knowledge and quick decision-making ability;
Responsibility, discipline, and initiative.
