We are looking for a Bizu Stores Administrator to help us improve sales performance and significantly increase their number.

Responsibility

  1. Coordinating the arrangement/presentation of products in stores according to standards.

  2. Team management: training, motivating, and supervising staff.

  3. Planning and monitoring sales.

  4. Managing customer relationships: resolving complaints and building loyalty.

  5. Ensuring the store operates efficiently, is clean, organized, and up to brand standards.

  6. Analyzing and establishing strategies for store development.

Obligations

  1. Experience in a similar position.

  2. Fluent in Romanian and Russian.
