Job description

Our client is one of Moldova's leading importers and distributors of interior and exterior doors, hardware, accessories, and comprehensive interior finishing solutions. Founded in 2007, the company employs over 150 people and operates a network of 16 stores across the country. The company aims to increase sales and improve customer service while maintaining its premium brand image. To this end, it is seeking a Commercial Director who will actively contribute to achieving these goals.

Responsibility

  • Managing the company's commercial activities for the B2B and retail segments

  • Planning, implementation and monitoring of commercial strategy in accordance with development goals

  • Coordinating the work of sales, marketing and purchasing departments to achieve common goals

  • Establishing sales plans, marketing budgets and purchasing plans, and monitoring their implementation

  • Analysis of commercial indicators, optimization of the sales-cost-inventory ratio

  • Maintaining and developing standards of image, presentation and communication on the Internet and promotion channels

  • Control of product procurement, inventory turnover and portfolio profitability

  • Participation in strategic decisions on brand positioning and network expansion

  • Leading and motivating teams, setting clear goals, providing feedback and effective reward mechanisms

Obligations

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or general management positions

  • Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams (sales, marketing, procurement)

  • Experience in related fields: retail, distribution, building materials or interior design

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and prioritization skills

  • Focus on people, efficiency and results

  • We are also considering candidates with previous experience in the following positions: Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, B2C and B2B Sales Manager, Regional Commercial Development Representative
