We are in a stage of accelerated expansion and are looking for a Commercial Director who will lead the sales, marketing, call-center, and recruitment departments with vision and discipline.
Role mission
To create and manage a high-performance commercial system, where marketing generates quality leads, the call center converts efficiently, agents sell constantly, and recruitment and training processes deliver motivated and prepared people.
1. Strategy and leadership
Develops and implements the company's sales and marketing strategy;
Coordinates sales, marketing, call-center departments.
Monitor performance through KPIs and report results directly to the founder;
Leads weekly meetings and monthly sales plans;
Create a predictable system for generating and converting leads.
2. Team management
Inspires, motivates and disciplines the team to achieve results;
Supervises call center activity (response, follow-up, CRM);
Monitors agent performance and provides constructive feedback;
Collaborate with the marketing team for high-performance campaigns (Facebook, Google, 999.md, etc.).
3. Optimization and reporting
Analyze key indicators daily: number of leads, presentations, conversions;
Proposes concrete solutions to improve processes;
Ensures the implementation of Connect Imobil standards in all activities;
Coordinates new project launches and promotional strategies.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management position (ideal: real estate / complex sales / premium service retail);
Proven leadership and organization skills for multiple teams;
Solid knowledge in digital marketing and CRM ;
Analytical mindset and quick decision-making ability;
Clear communication, firm attitude and result orientation;
Romanian and Russian language – fluent.
