Connect Imobil, one of the most active real estate companies in Chisinau, is expanding its team and is looking for a Head of Sales Department - an experienced, disciplined and results-oriented person.
Daily coordination of the team of real estate agents
Organization and control of the sales process in CRM
Establishing and tracking sales plans (monthly/weekly)
Monitoring agent performance and providing feedback
Organizing operational meetings and daily reports
Close collaboration with the marketing and call center team
Direct involvement in closing major transactions
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or team coordination
Solid CRM knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Analytical thinking, discipline and result orientation
Fluent in Romanian and Russian
