You will be responsible for:

You will coordinate the entire process – from identifying the perfect location and signing lease agreements to the grand opening, creating new attractions for our customers.
Creating standards of excellence: Developing and implementing uniform business standards that ensure our quality and efficiency.
Staying one step ahead: Conducting detailed analysis of pharmacy activity, studying customer demand, and forming a product matrix that meets their needs.
Inspiring the team: Working efficiently with branch staff, organizing and motivating the team to achieve remarkable results, while ensuring compliance with orders and directives.
