Dreams Production Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Commercial Director to join our sales department team. We are a garment company specializing in sewing services and outsourcing, with a diverse portfolio of clients from the fashion industry.
Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Identification and generation of new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients and presenting our services in an appealing and persuasive manner.
Leading contract negotiations with clients and preparing competitive and customized business proposals.
Monitoring market trends and competition and adjusting sales and marketing strategies in response to industry changes.
Developing and overseeing the sales team, including recruiting, training, and motivating team members.
Close collaboration with other departments, such as production and marketing, to ensure the alignment of strategies and objectives across the company.
Monitoring the performance of the sales department, analyzing outcomes, and reporting to executive management.
Previous relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion industry or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed set sales targets.
The ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
