OCN Invest-Credit SRL is strengthening its strategic development team and is looking for an experienced Business Analyst , capable of transforming business vision into high-performance technical solutions. We are a non-banking lending company with a solid reputation and are looking for a colleague who will become the connecting pillar between operations and technology in this strategic quarter.

Responsibility

  • Strategic interface: You act as a bridge between the Operations Director and the development team, translating the business vision into clear technical tasks (User Stories/Specifications).

  • Product Development: You actively participate in the design and optimization of the client's "personal office" (web applications).

  • Data Analysis: You use SQL to extract data, analyze current flows, and propose automation solutions.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze lending processes and identify critical points to increase operational efficiency.

  • 1C Support: Provide expertise in adapting processes in the 1C ecosystem (7.7 and 8.3).

  • Monitoring: You ensure that the developed solutions meet the needs of stakeholders and are implemented according to the established deadlines.

Obligations

Mandatory requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a Business Analyst position (Senior level).

  • Required SQL knowledge (ability to write queries and work with databases).

  • Financial expertise: knowledge of lending or banking processes is a priority.

  • Web Development knowledge: understanding web application architecture to guide customer portal development.

  • Experience working with 1C (7.7 and 8.3) is a major advantage.

Salary

  • The salary is determined during the interview, depending on skills and experience.

Working conditions
