Culinary Technologist
Linella – the largest retail chain in the Republic of Moldova – is hiring a Culinary Technologist. Our company is expanding its team and is looking for a responsible and results-oriented specialist who will contribute to the development and diversification of the culinary product line. Creation and development of new recipes, seasonal collections, and special offers;
Development and implementation of technical data sheets, monitoring production costs;
Organization and supervision of all stages of the production process;
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety;
Management of inventory and orders for raw materials;
Training and coordination of subordinate staff;
Optimization of production processes for increased efficiency and consistent quality.
Experience in the field, qualification as a Technologist or in the food production sector;
Solid knowledge in the culinary field and production processes;
Skills in developing technological sheets, quality control, and managing production records;
Ability to coordinate, train, and effectively delegate tasks;
Creativity, systemic thinking, and a high sense of responsibility.
