Distribute the sales plan, established by the Sales Director, for each showroom and monitor its fulfillment;
Set clear objectives for the guidance and organization of sales activities in subordinate showrooms;
Control customer service process in subordinate showrooms and take corrective actions in case of deviations from the process;
Control the displays, identify missing models, and arrange their installation, as well as the removal of models taken out of circulation;
Organize and coordinate the activities of employees in subordinate showrooms, setting priorities in carrying out their duties;
Calculate and submit for validation the monthly salary calculation for subordinate employees;
Identify training needs of subordinate staff and ensure their continuous training;
Manage project teams formed for the opening of new sales points in the responsible area.
