Job mission: You will assist the Production Manager in coordinating all operations of the Production department, ensuring the quality and efficiency of processes.
You coordinate daily production activities and allocate staff.
Ensure the availability of raw materials and compliance with the production plan.
Monitor and guarantee compliance with food quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO).
Check the hygiene of equipment and workspaces.
Collaborate with the Quality department and report any problems.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food production (ideally fish/meat).
Practical knowledge of production stages and processes.
Experience with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, ISO).
Leadership and organizational skills.
Results-oriented, proactivity and responsibility.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Resistance to stress and moderate physical exertion.
