Analyze the tourism market and identify customer needs;
Create the product vision and set its strategic direction;
Define business requirements and prioritize functionalities;
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, IT, sales) and external partners;
Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements;
Ensure successful product launch and adjust to market dynamics.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism, preferably in product development or operational management;
Solid knowledge of the tourism market (trends, customer profile, competition);
Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills;
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
