Travel Business Class (TBC) provides premium Business and First Class travel services globally, with over 200 colleagues using a sophisticated internal CRM/ERP platform.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to support the Lead Product Manager in managing product initiatives, defining requirements, coordinating releases, and improving the user experience, both on the mobile app and internal systems. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into full responsibility over a product vertical.
Defining product requirements, writing user stories and creating detailed acceptance criteria for mobile functionalities;
Close collaboration with designers, backend and frontend developers for release planning and delivery;
Improving user experience by simplifying flows and increasing in-app conversions;
Using analytics tools to define KPIs, analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities;
Ensuring release readiness, quality assurance, and successful adoption of features.
Analyzing internal flows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing measurable improvements;
Translating business needs into requirements for CRM functionalities and supporting pre-launch testing;
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align the product with internal processes.
Support in sprint planning, backlog prioritization and roadmap execution in Jira;
Organizing regular syncs with stakeholders and clearly communicating product updates;
Preparing UAT scenarios, managing bug triage and ensuring release stability;
Data-driven decision making, combining user insights, analytics and business context.
Demonstrable experience in product management for mobile applications;
Ability to transform ideas into clear and testable user stories;
Strong process analysis and workflow optimization skills;
Effective communication with stakeholders and alignment of decisions;
Practical experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint coordination and release management in Jira;
Fluency in Russian and working proficiency in English (B1/B2);
Knowledge of the Romanian language – an advantage.
Experience with CRM systems or development of internal tools;
Basic knowledge in analytics (SQL, BI tools);
Experience with product analytics, A/B testing or growth frameworks;
Knowledge of Amadeus/GDS – advantage.
