The Red Cross Society of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as RCSM) is a public association that, in conjunction with public administration authorities, carries out auxiliary functions in the humanitarian field based on the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their Additional Protocols of 1977. The mission of the Red Cross Society of Moldova is to prevent and alleviate human suffering and to protect human dignity, without any discrimination based on nationality, race, gender, religious beliefs or political opinions.
Currently, the RCSM is in a period of intensive development and, thanks to the Society's partners, we are involved in several humanitarian projects. In order to implement these projects, we are seeking professionals in the field.
Ensures the recruitment process for vacant positions (drafting job ads, posting them, managing candidate databases, assistance in the selection process);
Manages personnel files;
Prepares HR department-specific documents assisted by the immediate supervisor (employment contracts, addendums, orders, etc.);
Provides support in creating various reports specific to personnel administration;
Issues certifications and other standardized documents requested by employees;
Ensures compliance with the Company's internal procedures in the field of human resources;
Actively participates in the planning/organizing of employee training in labor relations and in the performance evaluation process.
Relevant associate's or bachelor's degree (in human resources management, education, or psychology is an advantage);
Recruitment or HR management course is an advantage;
Work or volunteer experience in the humanitarian or NGO sector is welcome;
Proficiency in MS Office - Word and Excel, PowerPoint will be considered an advantage;
Promptness, attention to detail; flexibility, and thoroughness in task completion;
Ability to work with deadlines, and to work effectively in a team;
Fluency in written and spoken Romanian, knowledge of Russian/English will be considered an advantage.
