A well-known construction company in Ireland is looking for exterior insulation specialists to join its team of professionals. These individuals will be responsible for applying and installing exterior insulation systems on various types of buildings, including residential, commercial, and industrial. Candidates must adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring work is performed correctly and in accordance with technical standards and safety regulations.
Applying external insulation to various types of buildings (residential, commercial, industrial) according to safety and quality standards.
Preparing surfaces for insulation application (cleaning, repairing, preparing materials).
Installing and securing external insulation systems, including polystyrene boards, mineral wool, protective foil, plaster, or other insulating materials.
Checking and ensuring the quality of completed work to meet technical norms and requirements.
Adhering to safety and labor protection regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Managing materials and tools, ensuring they are in good condition and resources are used efficiently.
Collaborating with the work team to finalize projects in an efficient and safe manner.
Reporting work progress to supervisors or project managers.
Basic understanding of the English language, speaking;
Relevant experience in the field of external insulation, preferably on residential, commercial, or industrial construction sites.
Solid knowledge about insulation materials (polystyrene, mineral wool, plaster, protective foil, etc.) and the techniques for applying them.
Salary is paid via bank card
Work schedule: Business days: Monday – Friday, sometimes Saturday;
Duration of the workday: 8–10 hours, depending on the workload;
Guaranteed hours: minimum 40 hours/week, maximum 45 hours/week.
