Electromechanics in the food industry play a vital role in ensuring the optimal operation of equipment and production lines. Their responsibilities include: Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical machinery.
• Identifying and rectifying faults in industrial equipment.
• Lubricating, adjusting, and replacing worn components (bearings, belts, sensors, motors, pumps, etc.).
• Installing and commissioning new production equipment.
• Connecting electrical and mechanical equipment according to technical diagrams.
• Detecting and swiftly solving electrical and mechanical problems to minimize downtime.
• Using diagnostic equipment
• Collaborating with production departments to optimize technological processes.
• Monitoring the operation of sensors, relays, servomotors, and other control components.
• Adhering to hygiene standards to prevent product contamination.
1. Certification in the field of electromechanics, industrial mechanics, electricity, or related fields.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
3. Solid knowledge of electronics and industrial mechanics. Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals. Awareness of industrial safety and hygiene standards. 4. Ability to identify and troubleshoot faults in electrical and mechanical equipment. Skills in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
5. Good organizational and planning skills for maintenance tasks. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues from different departments.
6. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or night shifts, depending on the plant's needs. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Responsible attitude towards daily activities and the quality of work. Ability to report faults and propose solutions to improve the production process.
8. Knowledge of the RUSSIAN LANGUAGE is mandatory for each candidate - communication level.
