What is the +3,000 Program and who can benefit from it?

The "+3,000" Program is a government initiative that supports young specialists at the start of their careers in key economic sectors. Participants receive a non-taxable allowance of 3,000 MDL per month for 12 months, paid directly into their bank accounts. All applications are fully digital through the EVO app. On this page, you can find all the information about how the program works, who is eligible, and the steps needed to apply.

Submitting a request for assistance through the EVO app is straightforward. You become eligible after confirming your job, education, and bank account.

The verification results based on the IDNO are preliminary. The exact status of the company’s participation in the program is confirmed only by the Public Services Agency.

Frequently Asked Questions

Only citizens of the Republic of Moldova aged between 18 and 35 who are officially employed for the first time can participate in the program. If you are over 35 or have already had an official job, the program is not available to you.

Can you participate more than once? — No. If you have participated once, you cannot participate a second time, even if you change jobs.

The money is paid by the state, through the territorial employment agencies (ANOFM). The employer is not allowed to request money for participation — all payments come directly from the state to your bank account.

No. There are no fees, commissions, or hidden payments. Participation is completely free. If someone asks for money to access the program — they are scammers.

The monthly allowance of 3,000 lei is granted in the month following the reporting of official employment.
