The company’s role in the project

Sign the Participation Agreement
— Complete the application and sign the agreement to join the Your Job Moldova program.
Hire the Intern
— Officially employ the program participant and receive financial support from the project during the first 2 months of the internship.
Assign a Mentor
— Assign a mentor to the new employee; mentorship costs are covered by the program for a period of 3 months.
Gain a New Employee
— Upon completion of the internship, you gain a trained and motivated employee, strengthen your team, and bring in fresh ideas.

Collaboration lasts for the duration of the program and continues as long as companies need participants and can accept interns.

An intern is hired for the duration of the paid internship according to labor laws. After it ends, the company decides whether to promote the participant to a permanent position. This is recommended but not mandatory. The company can decline if the intern is not a good fit or did not complete the program.

The company pays the intern a salary that is at least the minimum wage in the country, with 50% reimbursed by the Your Job Moldova program. Payments are made monthly after processing and confirming internship data. Financial support for mentors is also provided by the project.

Yes. The project offers a fixed compensation for the mentor's work.
