The Red Cross Society of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as RCSM) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and apolitical organization operating on the basis of the Geneva Conventions of 1949, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Moldova No. 234/1992 dated 01.12.1992, the law no. 139 from 10.05.2001 on the "Red Cross Society of Moldova," the Red Cross Emblems Act, and the Statutes of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.Currently, the RCSM is in an intense developmental phase and, thanks to the Society's partners, we are engaged in several humanitarian projects.
