The Securities team is looking for a Broker to ensure the efficiency of the securities buying and selling process, including government securities (GS), etc. The broker will be responsible for executing transactions with GS and corporate securities for clients, as well as managing, reporting on these, and providing consultancy in the field of capital market operations.
Serving clients in the bank's activities as an investment company, and executing stock and over-the-counter transactions on the capital market on behalf of clients and the bank;
Management and reporting of the bank's holdings in the equity of legal entities;
Carrying out operations with state securities;
Reporting to the NBM and CNPF on recorded securities transactions / holdings in company capital.
Higher education in economics/finance;
Minimum of 2 years experience in the banking sector or capital markets;
Knowledge of languages: Romanian, Russian, English will be an advantage;
Excellent communication and active listening skills;
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and synthesis ability;
