• Serving clients in the bank's activities as an investment company, and executing stock and over-the-counter transactions on the capital market on behalf of clients and the bank;

• Management and reporting of the bank's holdings in the equity of legal entities;

• Carrying out operations with state securities;

• Reporting to the NBM and CNPF on recorded securities transactions / holdings in company capital.

• Higher education in economics/finance;

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the banking sector or capital markets;

• Knowledge of languages: Romanian, Russian, English will be an advantage;

• Excellent communication and active listening skills;

• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and synthesis ability;
