Manage client portfolio and oversee full-cycle accounting & reporting

Ensure compliance with local regulations and IFRS

Review financial data, reconciliations, and closing processes

Maintain high quality standards and support audits

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team

Identify business growth opportunities and support new client onboarding

Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and improve processes

Drive system usage, automation, and efficiency

Certified Accountant in Moldova (mandatory)

Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA (in progress or completed) – advantage

8–12+ years of relevant experience

Experience in managing teams and client portfolios

Strong knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, and reporting processes

Advanced Excel and accounting systems skills
