Job description

Responsibilities

  • daily entry of operations related to store records

  • entering and checking incoming invoices

  • entering and verifying sales

  • inventory of goods and funds under management and storage at stores

  • scrapping of materials

  • OMVSD, fixed assets records

  • checking delivery and procurement prices

Requirements

  • specialized higher education (accounting, finance, economics, etc.)

  • solid knowledge in the field of legislation regarding accounting standards, tax code

  • knowledge of Universal Accounting (will be an advantage)

  • advanced knowledge of MS Office package

  • fluency in Romanian and Russian
