Job description

Responsibilities

  • enters and validates invoices for the purchase of services, works, promotions and discounts according to the management reporting rules established within the company;

  • enters and validates invoices for the purchase of consumables, OMVSD and other goods;

  • carries out the inventory and scrapping of consumable materials within the administrative and support subdivisions within the factory (Technical Service, Housekeeping Service, Reception Warehouse, Finished Products Warehouse);

  • prepares documents for commissioning and scrapping OMVSD;

  • check the shipping notices for Kaufland crates;

  • carries out the archiving operations of tax invoices according to established internal rules;

  • prepares procurement documents for the rental services of Reţea Markete commercial spaces, as well as other documents, if necessary;

  • prepares verification documents with suppliers and customers.

Requirements

  • higher education, specialized (accounting, finance, economics, etc.)

  • solid knowledge of accounting standards legislation

  • knowledge of Universal Accounting (will be an advantage)

  • fluency in Romanian and Russian
