Rogob is looking for a colleague to fill the position of Operator in accounting services.
enters and validates invoices for the purchase of services, works, promotions and discounts according to the management reporting rules established within the company;
enters and validates invoices for the purchase of consumables, OMVSD and other goods;
carries out the inventory and scrapping of consumable materials within the administrative and support subdivisions within the factory (Technical Service, Housekeeping Service, Reception Warehouse, Finished Products Warehouse);
prepares documents for commissioning and scrapping OMVSD;
check the shipping notices for Kaufland crates;
carries out the archiving operations of tax invoices according to established internal rules;
prepares procurement documents for the rental services of Reţea Markete commercial spaces, as well as other documents, if necessary;
prepares verification documents with suppliers and customers.
higher education, specialized (accounting, finance, economics, etc.)
solid knowledge of accounting standards legislation
knowledge of Universal Accounting (will be an advantage)
fluency in Romanian and Russian
