Job description

We are looking for a technical profile, focused on data analysis and understanding business processes. The role involves using analytical tools to transform data into relevant insights and support operational and strategic decisions.

Responsibility

  • Analysis of sales, purchasing and distribution data to identify trends and deviations

  • Monitoring KPIs (order value, volume, sales rate) and the evolution of indicators, as well as building and using dashboards and visualizations (graphs) to track performance and identify deviations

  • Individual performance analysis (bonus systems and performance KPIs)

  • Verifying and reconciling differences between data from purchasing, marketing and internal systems

  • Creating, updating and interpreting operational and financial reports

  • Report development and automation (advanced Excel (Power Query) / BI tools)

  • Carrying out ad-hoc analyses for decision support

  • Transmission of know-how in the case of developed reports as well as modifications to existing reports

Obligations

  • University studies in Accounting, Finance, Economics, technical fields or other related specializations.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, supported by a real interest in computer systems and data analysis.

  • 1–3 years of experience in an economic, financial, logistical or reporting role.

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of English B2+ or French (level B1/B2+).

  • Technical and analytical profile, with an orientation towards the use of digital tools and data for decision-making support.

  • Proactive attitude, flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in solving problems.
