Job description

We are looking for an organized person, with solid analytical and synthesis skills, attentive to details and results-oriented, to join our team in Chisinau in the role of Reporting Specialist.

The role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to reporting processes and have a real impact in supporting business decisions and continuously improving the organization's performance.

Responsibility

As a Reporting Specialist, your main missions will be:

  • Collecting, validating and synthesizing data for report development

  • Ensuring and coordinating the reporting process (daily, weekly, monthly)

  • Development and optimization of reports, including defining their logical structure

  • Automate KPIs in correlation with the organization's objectives and budgets

  • Data analysis and provision of relevant insights to support the decision-making process

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of reporting

  • Monitoring developments in the business environment and adapting reporting to new requirements

Obligations

And to succeed in this mission you will need:

  • Previous experience in the economic-financial field, 2 years + (controlling/reporting/finance/banking/data analysis/economics)

  • Good knowledge of English (level B1+); French is an advantage

  • Knowledge of using MS Office, especially Excel at intermediate - advanced level;

  • Good analytical skills, a sense of synthesis, logical thinking and a passion for numbers

  • Diplomatic communication skills and customer orientation.
