We are looking for an organized person, with solid analytical and synthesis skills, attentive to details and results-oriented, to join our team in Chisinau in the role of Reporting Specialist.
The role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to reporting processes and have a real impact in supporting business decisions and continuously improving the organization's performance.
As a Reporting Specialist, your main missions will be:
Collecting, validating and synthesizing data for report development
Ensuring and coordinating the reporting process (daily, weekly, monthly)
Development and optimization of reports, including defining their logical structure
Automate KPIs in correlation with the organization's objectives and budgets
Data analysis and provision of relevant insights to support the decision-making process
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of reporting
Monitoring developments in the business environment and adapting reporting to new requirements
And to succeed in this mission you will need:
Previous experience in the economic-financial field, 2 years + (controlling/reporting/finance/banking/data analysis/economics)
Good knowledge of English (level B1+); French is an advantage
Knowledge of using MS Office, especially Excel at intermediate - advanced level;
Good analytical skills, a sense of synthesis, logical thinking and a passion for numbers
Diplomatic communication skills and customer orientation.
