Customer Support Operator
Process orders received through the website.
Respond to customer calls and chats, assist with placing orders and resolving any issues that arise.
Keep records and log information in systems (Excel, CRM).
Monitor the order fulfillment process and interact with other departments.
Attentiveness, promptness, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
Skills in Excel (knowledge of basic formulas and tables).
Competent oral and written communication.
Experience in a support service or with clients will be an advantage.
