Job description

Responsibilities

  • Process orders received through the website.

  • Respond to customer calls and chats, assist with placing orders and resolving any issues that arise.

  • Keep records and log information in systems (Excel, CRM).

  • Monitor the order fulfillment process and interact with other departments.

Requirements

  • Attentiveness, promptness, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.

  • Skills in Excel (knowledge of basic formulas and tables).

  • Competent oral and written communication.

  • Experience in a support service or with clients will be an advantage.
