Taking calls from customers
Providing information about products and services
Maintaining professional communication with clients
Advanced knowledge of the Romanian language
Knowledge of Russian and/or English is an advantage
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field
CRM operating knowledge
Good communication and active listening skills
Customer-oriented attitude
