To lead this team, we are looking for a professional with experience, vision, and leadership spirit.
Coordination of the technical team and daily activities of the service center
Effective planning and distribution of team tasks
Optimizing internal processes and improving team skills
Monitoring the quality of interventions and compliance with established procedures
Managing maintenance contracts and expanding the customer portfolio
Preparing performance reports and analyses of department activity.
Higher education (technical or economic)
Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating technical teams and/or technical sales
Analytical thinking and strategic planning
Driving license category B (advantage)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI and 1C (an advantage)
