Responsibilities

  • You will analyze and manage Victoriabank customers' requirements/requests over the phone, in accordance with internal procedures and regulations

  • You will help customers choose the services and products that suit them

  • You will give your customers full attention, professionalism and desire to help them

Requirements

  • Studies: Secondary/Higher in progress/Higher

  • Computer skills: MS Office at advanced level

    Skills:

  • Excellent oral communication skills, logical and fluent speech

  • Initiative and proactivity, adaptability and very high capacity to quickly assimilate new knowledge

  • Responsibility and customer orientation.
