You call interested customers and close sales according to prepared scripts
You meet conversion, average ticket and call quality plans
You keep detailed reports in CRM, you respect quality standards and regulations
Experience in telephone sales or call center is welcome, or a strong desire to learn from scratch
Laptop/PC with Windows 10/11, 8GB+ RAM, USB headset with microphone and noise reduction
Internet only via cable (Ethernet) directly into laptop/PC
Quiet workplace with stable power supply
Availability to work on a collaboration contract and to comply with regulations (scripts, quality, confidentiality)
Mastercard card in euros in your own name
Telegram installed and used for work
Availability for the 8x5 schedule in one of the indicated shifts.
Sales bonuses: usually +500–1000/month upon meeting KPIs
Format: remote, full-time 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. NO part time
Contract: collaboration agreement (PFA)
Payments: on Mastercard in euros in your name
Fixed salary: 500 euros/month
exchange program:
First shift: 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00
Second shift: 14:00–22:00
