• Supervision of works on the construction site and ensuring compliance with the project and technical standards;

• Verification of material quality and of the executed works;

• Compilation and management of the technical documentation related to the construction site;

• Collaboration with authorities, designers, and contractors for optimal conduct of the works;

• Ensuring compliance with the deadlines and safety requirements.

• Higher education in the field of construction;

• Site supervisor certificate issued in accordance with current legislation;

• Experience of at least 5 years in the field of civil/industrial construction;

• Knowledge of technical and legal standards specific to sewerage and district heating works;

• Coordination, organization, and effective communication skills with the team and beneficiaries.
