  • house construction

  • interior/exterior finishing works

• Calculating costs for materials, labor and execution stages

• Adjusting estimates based on the work actually performed

• Preparation of handover-reception documents (executed volumes)

• Collaboration with site managers and project management

• Experience in the construction field (estimates / bidding)

• Knowledge of construction processes (IMPORTANT – major advantage)

• Analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience with quotation programs (WinSmeta or similar) – advantage

• Responsibility and meeting deadlines

• Driving license
